I needed a re-usable grounding pad for my Bovie Derm 101 called Bovie and emailed and the response was from a third party salesperson trying to sell me a different device all together. I called a different supply company and their shipping was too expensive and required too many hurdles. HOSPEQ was easy to order from and I received my part in 4 business days. I was very pleased.
